As a vital member of our cross-functional team, you’ll spearhead RDQ activities essential for new product development and portfolio maintenance. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional consumer experiences while managing diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities:
As an independent contributor, you’ll strategically plan, lead, and synchronize technical projects, aligning with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requisites. Effective communication of project status and risks will be crucial. Additionally, you’ll orchestrate pilot plant and factory trials, adhering to good manufacturing practices and HACCP guidelines. Your role also encompasses coordinating developmental endeavors (e.g., shelf-life testing, quality-focused design, consumer test preparations). Using digital simulation models, you’ll harness consumer insights and commercial data to steer product development. This role entails formulating and maintaining precise consumer-centric specifications, along with adept stakeholder management and evidence-based decision-making.

- Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing amidst various demands
- Proactive problem-solving, crafting and implementing innovative solutions
- Applying technical curiosity to interpret and analyze data
- Effective communication and influence, both written and verbal, including technical report writing
- Aptitude for coaching and mentoring
Additional Information:
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Science
Preferred Experience: Experience in new line commissioning and/or manufacturing
Travel: Occasional travel within India (short and long durations)
