Role: Quality Assurance Executive
Experience Required: 3–4 Years
At Mill Story, quality is built into the process — not checked only at the end. We are looking for a proactive QA professional who can ensure food safety, process control, product consistency, and compliance across daily operations.
Key Responsibilities: • Monitor quality across raw materials, milling, sieving, packing, and finished goods
• Maintain GMP, GHP, HACCP, and FSSAI compliance
• Conduct routine QA/QC checks and maintain documentation
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure process consistency
• Support audits, hygiene practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For: 3–4 years of QA experience in food manufacturing
Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, GHP, and food safety systems
Practical shop-floor quality management skills
Strong documentation and observation abilities
Ownership mindset and independent working approach
