Key Responsibilities:
Oversee milk processing, pasteurization, and production.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Develop and enhance dairy products like milk, curd, buttermilk, and ghee.
Maintain quality control and manage equipment functionality.
Ensure documentation and compliance with industry regul ations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in dairy processing.
Strong knowledge of dairy science and quality standards.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the dairy industry.
