Position Overview:
To bolster our R&D team, we are seeking a talented individual for the following role:
Job Title: Senior R&D Executive OR R&D Executive – Fillings & Decor
Reporting to: R&D Manager
Location: Mumbai, India
Mission:
As an integral part of our team, you will provide technical support to our valued customers and contribute to our R&D endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
Innovate and develop products in various categories, including cake mixes, bread mixes, bread improvers, chocolates, and bakery fillings.
Hands-on product development in our application lab and conducting trials at customer facilities.
Conduct systematic tests in our Innovation Centre and pilot lines, collaborating with fellow R&D team members.
Offer technical support to the Sales Team for industrial accounts and new product launches.
Implement innovative solutions on our industrial clients’ production lines.
Troubleshoot and provide support to customers, including visits to their manufacturing facilities.
Competencies/Profile:
Thorough understanding of ingredient and additive functionality.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Dynamic and analytical individual with hands-on skills.
Essential knowledge of bakery formulations.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
Willingness to travel, up to 40% of the time.
