Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of culinary experience
- Expertise in creating and perfecting sauces, with a strong focus on mayonnaise production
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire sauce production process, with a specialization in mayonnaise.
- Develop and innovate new recipes for sauces, ensuring exceptional taste and quality.
- Monitor and maintain strict quality control standards in the production area.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain inventory and order necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Implement and adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and new ingredients.
- Assist in the development of new product lines and variations.
Preference: Male candidates are preferred.
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
