Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance member, you will:
- Provide training to the kitchen team on various SOPs
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI standards and internal audits
- Proactively check the quality of raw ingredients/products through sensory and documentation
- Handle customer complaints by conducting RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and sharing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
- Analyze data to understand regional performance on various metrics
- Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Requirements:
This role involves extensive travel for audits and quality training purposes. The preferred candidate profile includes:
- Good understanding of food safety, RCA & CAPA, and quality standards
- Familiarity with FSSAI regulations for the catering industry
- Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint Presentation
- Strong English and written communication skills
