Position: Production & Quality Manager
As a Production & Quality Manager, you will lead product development, optimize manufacturing processes, ensure food safety compliance, and drive quality excellence across our innovative snack portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and improve formulations for namkeen, chips, fryums, millet-based snacks, and other innovative products • Lead new product development from concept to commercialization • Establish and maintain robust quality control systems and SOPs • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards • Monitor production processes, including frying, seasoning, extrusion, and packaging • Train teams on quality, hygiene, and food safety best practices
Qualifications: • Diploma/B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Food Science, or related field • 2+ years of experience in snack food manufacturing, QA, R&D, or food consulting • Experience with namkeen, chips, fryums, extruded snacks, popcorn, millet products, or similar categories • Strong understanding of food safety systems, laboratory testing, sensory evaluation, and shelf-life studies
