Role: Production Executive

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Job Description:
Strategize and execute daily production plans with the production team.
Handle manpower efficiently, including both male and female staff.
Responsible for making production forecasts and communicating procurement needs to the purchase department.
Ensure the maintenance of hygiene standards throughout the production process.
Monitor production output, making sure it aligns with quality standards and targets.
Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure product safety and compliance with food laws.
Manage and reduce waste while optimizing resource utilization in the production process.
Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of food laws and compliance.
General understanding of food microbiology and food chemistry.
Proficiency in working with MS Office.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
Experience: 0-2 Years
Certification: FoSTaC (Food Safety Training and Certification) preferred
Education:
B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Technology or B.Tech in Food Technology.
