Interview / Work Location:
Office: No. 156, Tittapajjala, 5th Mile Post, Kurunegala Road, Werellegama, Sri Lanka.
Experience: 1-2 years (Fresh BSc graduates are also encouraged to apply)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities to meet targets and schedules.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections.
- Optimize resource allocation and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and inspire production teams, nurturing a culture of teamwork.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain accurate production records.
Salary Range: 20,000 – 25,000
