Location: Rai, Sonipat, Haryana
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Eligibility
- Diploma / B.Sc. in Food Technology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry
Key Responsibilities
- Handle manpower and coordinate teams on the production floor.
- Operate production lines and ensure smooth production processes.
- Maintain production records and prepare reports on output, wastage, and downtime.
- Implement Kaizen and 5S practices for continuous improvement.
- Ensure GMP compliance as per food manufacturing requirements.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards in the production area.
What We Are Looking For
- Good knowledge of food production processes and quality standards.
- Experience in manpower handling and shift management.
- Understanding of production line operations and troubleshooting.
- Ability to maintain production records and MIS reports.
- Knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, and lean manufacturing practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
