Job Title: Sales Manager – Food Technology

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager in the field of Food Technology to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and develop B2B relationships within various segments including Bakery, Protein industry, Snacks, Premix, Beverages, RTD, RTE, QSR, and online food businesses, catering to both top and mid-level accounts within the region. The goal is to align with the company’s sales policy and introduce new ingredients and concepts to both existing and prospective customers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and understand customer needs and requirements, and manage the sales process accordingly.
  2. Ensure alignment with marketing and sales strategies, leveraging business drivers and capabilities to effectively position products in the market.
  3. Stay informed about market trends and competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, enabling competitive strategies and value proposition delivery.
  4. Translate sales budgets into specific sales objectives with a customer-centric approach.
  5. Take direct responsibility for sales and enhancing the customer experience.
  6. Develop potential customers through concept selling and create a project pipeline for our ingredients.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to create distinctive value for customers.
