Job Description:
We are looking for an individual who can:

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely shipment scheduling in accordance with our requirements.
Manage the documentation required for material clearance.
Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) on various aspects related to shipments.
Demonstrate proficiency in ERP systems and adapt to new proprietary software as needed.
Engage in negotiations with vendors within the supply chain, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon payment terms.
Work closely with banks for Letter of Credit (L/C) issuance, document presentation, rate booking, and handling banking charges.
Maintain organized hard copies of all import files with efficient recall capabilities.
