Position : Senior Executive – Quality

Job Description:

Title: Senior Executive Quality – Level 6B

Qualifications:
Post Graduate or Graduate in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology, DIFAT, with preferred Lead Auditor experience.

Experience:
4-7 years in Quality Assurance and Systems within the Food Processing/FMCG industry, including Distillery, Brewery, and Beverage sectors.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in conducting Quality Audits.
  • Comprehensive understanding of quality management systems (ISO 22000, FSSC 22000) with experience in developing and controlling quality-related SOPs.
  • Hands-on experience in WTP (BWW, DMW, RAW) and complete operational knowledge.
  • Competency in all Quality system documentation and compliance.
  • Experience in handling quality enhancement projects and sensory analysis.
  • Proficiency in WTP operations and water balancing.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Possesses excellent coaching, influencing, and communication skills.
Demonstrates strong communication and presentation abilities.

Areas of Responsibilities:

Quality Operations:

  • Analyzing raw materials, Intermediate (Blends), EOL Finished Goods, and reporting findings to the unit head.
  • Inspecting packaging materials at Units and Markets, reporting to the unit quality head.
  • Liaising with vendors on non-conformities and issuing CARs.
  • Ensuring online QC during line start-up/change over from water treatment to final packing.
  • Coordinating with other departments for rejection failures at the unit.
  • Calibrating lab equipment, managing operations per supplier manuals, and equipment maintenance.
  • Analyzing samples for customer/consumer complaints and reporting findings to the unit head.
  • Providing expertise in chemical reagent standardization and lab calibration.
  • Analyzing non-conformities, implementing CAPA strategies.
  • Assisting in audits of GRMS/GMP and focusing on End of Line defects improvement.
  • Ensuring liquid quality compliance and adherence to quality standards.
