  • Over 11-12 years of experience in QA-QC within a reputable firm.
  • Proven track record of managing consumer complaints and direct consumer interactions.

Desired Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and working with spreadsheets is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems, ensuring continuous updates to guidelines and metrics based on the Food Safety Management system, encompassing all processes across the Value Chain.
  • Establish effective mechanisms for monitoring and reviewing key metrics related to compliance with established Quality processes, incorporating regular audits and assessments.
  • Drive the advancement of Quality Capability within the system by implementing Deployment and Training Plans, as well as providing coaching and support.
  • Promote the institutionalization of Operational Excellence programs such as TQM, TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma across various business processes.
