Position: General Manager – Production Unit
Salary: ₹75,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month (Negotiable)
Preferred Industry Experience: FMCG / Frozen Food / Food Processing
Key Responsibilities: Manage complete production operations
Production planning & process improvement
Team handling & manpower management
Ensure food safety & quality standards
Coordinate with dispatch & supply chain
Improve productivity & operational efficiency
Monitor production targets & reporting
