Job Purpose and Impact:
We are seeking a Continuous Improvement & Value Creation Specialist to join our team at Cargill. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing CFS APAC FSQR KPIs and driving the development, implementation, and sustainability of improvement initiatives. You will lead continuous improvement efforts with a focus on projects with low to medium cost and risk, ensuring the success of well-defined processes across multiple locations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide regular updates on project health status, performance measures, issues, and risks to senior staff.
- Identify, monitor, and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage continuous improvement plans for projects with low to medium cost and risk, ensuring the achievement and maintenance of project goals.
- Collaborate with site teams to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) reporting of all scorecard KPIs.
- Independently address moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a food industry-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
- Solid project management experience is advantageous.
