Work Location: Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh
Position: Team Leader – Production
Qualification: B.Tech. in Food Processing, Hotel Management, or an equivalent course.
Experience: 4+ years of progressive production experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setups.
TEAM LEADER – PRODUCTION|The Akshaya Patra Foundation
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily production activities and achieve production targets. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, GMP, GHP, and HACCP standards. Lead, train, and mentor production team members. Monitor product quality and maintain accurate production records. Improve production efficiency and reduce waste through Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and process excellence. Manage workforce scheduling, productivity, and departmental operations. Maintain a safe working environment and coordinate with other departments.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of food production, food safety, and quality standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Hands-on experience with MS Office and relevant software. Flexible to work day and night shifts.
Preference: Candidates based in or near Vrindavan.
