As a Quality Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the site’s quality management system while ensuring customer satisfaction and cost reduction through defect prevention.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) process of the site’s quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.
- Support various elements of the quality system, including internal documentation, change management control, audits, PDCA cycles, CAPA system management, and management review.
- Coordinate the bi-annual review of the eQCMS (Electronic Quality Control Management System).
- Manage consumer complaints from start to finish, ensuring effective resolution.
- Act as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspections and contact management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Oil Technology, or Bio-Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in an FMCG industry is preferred.

- Enforce Mondelez’s Quality Management System and Food Safety Standards.
- Drive food safety processes around monitoring and control of biological hazards.
- Conduct sensory evaluation of finished products.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
