Post 1) : Factory Head

Qualification : B. Tech/M. Tech./M.Sc. -Food Technology,
IHM/Diploma in Catering Technology

Experience : previous Experience of handling Bulk Food
Production with a minimum of 10-12 Years, Capability of
handling around 150 Employees
Remuneration 80-100 K
Preferred for Immediate Joiners

Details : Looking for a Dynamic and GO Getter Attitude personnel
who can manage the production floor. Could be able to
Manage 3M.
Should have good exposure of GMP/GHP/FSMS.
Knowledge of TPM, 5S, kaizens. Ability to handle supply-
chain and warehousing.

2) Head Chef

Qualification : IHM/ Diploma in Catering Technology

Experience : Looking for Good chef having minimum 8 to 10 yrs.
experience in culinary
Having good control on recipe and material management.
Person should be good team players

3) Application Chef

Candidate should have good
application knowledge with an Exposure in western cuisines.
Candidate must have training exposure, and ready to travel
