Position: Assistant Manager – Refinery

Your Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to organizational safety policies
• Lead refinery, tank farm, lecithin, boiler & ETP operations efficiently
• Manage maintenance & troubleshooting of process systems
• Interpret P&ID and PFD diagrams
• Work hands-on with PLC / SCADA / DCS systems
• Handle inventory management of critical spares
• Train plant operators and maintain SOPs, work instructions & documentation
• Plan preventive & productive maintenance within budget
• Ensure food safety, product quality, and compliance standards
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants & contractors
• Drive continuous improvement and minimize downtime
• Monitor audits, process parameters & quality deviations
Your Profile:
• B.E / B.Tech in Edible Oil Technology / Chemical Engineering
• 5–6 years of experience as Assistant Manager (preferably FMCG)
• Strong knowledge of production processes, control systems & instrumentation
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams and plant data
• Experience with advanced plant technologies and automation systems
