Monitoring day-to-day operations from first mile to last mile.

Monitoring the warehouse team and vendor
management team.

Leading the teams for a smooth operation.

Coordinating with clients & our team for pickups and
deliveries.

Leading Warehouse Operations, Service Team, Transport Team.

Entire Primary and Secondary distribution monitoring.

Handling the city operations Pickup& Delivery Partners
directly on a daily basis.

Monitoring daily performance in terms of the number of orders delivered by executives within their

Managing good customer experience by ensuring order
delivery in PSLA

Drive Pickup &Delivery Partners efficiencies assigned at an individual level.

Pickup& Delivery Partner attendance to be maintained
on a daily basis.

Conduct classroom/ field training at the individual level
for a better customer experience.

Conduct regular field audits for better compliance
among Pickup & Delivery Partners.

Provide feedback at the individual level and conduct
weekly one-on-one to understand problem areas.

Experience: 2-7years in FMCG/FnV in last mile operations
