Kandhari Beverages Pvt. Ltd. (Coca-Cola India FBO) is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Quality to join our team at Saha, Haryana.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control functions.
• Ensure compliance with company, regulatory, food safety and quality standards.
• Drive quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor quality systems, audits, CAPA and compliance requirements.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Quality team.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, EHS and other functions to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure effective implementation of quality and food safety systems across the plant.

Candidate Profile
• 15+ years of relevant experience in Quality / Food & Beverage / Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Food Safety Standards.
• Proven experience in audits, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
