What you’ll do: • Conduct milk quality tests such as Fat, SNF, MBRT, adulteration, preservatives & antibiotic checks
• Maintain accurate test records and prepare reports
• Operate and maintain lactometers, Ekomilk analyzers & other lab equipment
• Ensure proper calibration, hygiene & safety standards
• Coordinate with farmers and educate them on milk quality & storage practices
• Follow SOPs and regulatory/organizational quality guidelines

Qualification: • Diploma in Dairy/Food Technology
• B.Sc. in Chemistry
• Or any relevant graduation
Experience: Prior experience in milk testing/laboratory work is preferred, but freshers may also apply.
We’re looking for someone with: • Strong analytical & observational skills
• Attention to detail
• Good documentation & reporting skills
• Knowledge of milk testing techniques and dairy safety
• Effective communication in the local language
• Willingness to work in a rural/remote setup and travel locally when required
