Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Monitor and ensure product quality standards are met throughout the production process.
- Identify and troubleshoot microbiological issues, offering solutions to prevent contamination.
- Maintain accurate records of testing procedures and results.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve production processes and product quality.
