What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 8–10 years of relevant industry experience.
Industry Expertise: Hands-on experience in Frozen Vegetables, IQF, or FMCG.
Food Safety & Compliance: Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP, and FSSAI standards.
Technical Knowledge:
Team Leadership: Ability to lead and coordinate quality-related activities across Production, Procurement, and Warehouse departments.
