Organizational Structure: Directly reports to the respective Plant A.M Quality

Job Objective: Responsible for strengthening food safety and quality management systems, ensuring consistent product quality through timely testing and overseeing all Quality Control (Q.C) activities at the plant.

Responsibilities:

Conduct testing, monitoring, and review of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), Work in Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG) quality in compliance with specifications.

Provide regular feedback to RM/PM procurement team on receipt quality.
Report and maintain daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses of RM/PM/FG and WIP.
Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.
Standardize documentation for quality checks, control records digitally, and in document form for consistent review and analysis.
Monthly analysis of materials in the 3P warehouse.
Sample and analyze by-products before dispatch.
Calibrate lab instruments, plant scales, and document.
Conduct aging sampling and testing of RM and FG in the Plant/Silo/company warehouse and 3P warehouse.

Inform QA team for fumigation based on Aging sample report and inspect product effectiveness post-fumigation.
Maintain audit documents, ensure compliance, and assist QA Technician during audits.
Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) as per ISO-17043 and achieve a minimum of 60% GLP audit.
Perform miscellaneous activities and tasks as needed, adhering to ETG code of conduct.

Academic Qualification: Diploma in Food Technology

Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience

Functional Responsibility:

Understanding of food safety laws, Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), and expertise in food safety-based standards such as HACCP/ISO 22000, GFSI standards.
