Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma/Graduate/Postgraduate in Science, Pharma, or Food Technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (preferably Food/Pharma Chemistry) with technical and business experience
- Strong understanding of the Food Testing Industry
- Familiarity with FOSTAC, ISO17025, and testing-related norms
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Overall Objective:
- Develop strong contacts within the manufacturing sector
- Achieve personal sales targets set by management
- Identify potential customers and sales opportunities in the testing business unit
- Actively contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans
- Seek out market opportunities and identify areas for growth
- Maintain commercial contacts with customers and execute contracts on laboratory projects
- Deliver high-quality presentations and maintain ongoing customer communication
- Manage the creation and execution of work orders from customers
- Keep customer information up-to-date in the CRM and provide daily reporting to the immediate manager
- Maintain a professional profile through regular field travel, conferences, trade shows, and customer visits
Technical Skills:
- Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
