We Are Looking To Hire a Senior Associate In Our Science
And Technology, Home Care Team Based In Unilever R&D
Bangalore
This role of Sr R&D Associate will be working on new and
disruptive formats for Homecare category.
It will enable the successful candidate exposure to senior stakeholders and a chance for impact and influence that is way beyond the usual role.
Your Responsibilities :-
You will be responsible for design and development of
new formats.
Establish initial process feasibility (pilot scale) based
on pilot scale learnings.
Develop or make batches using different technology
approach.
Track shelf-life studies for projects and carry out the
storage studies adhering to the standard protocols
Assess and interpret data obtained during sample
storage
Defining the RM and FG specification for new formats
Part of innovation network team and ensuring OTIF
delivery in landing the projects
Monitor competitor activity, ensuring GDC & Brand
teams are fully briefed
Ensure robust claim support & regulatory compliance
for all brands & communications
Partner with Supply chain and factory teams to establish main plant feasibility of the new formats to be landed in SA cluster
Lateral contact the candidate will have exposure
Stakeholder interface with Cluster R&D Directors, BG,
SEAC, Regulatory teams
Partnering with Regional / Global Brand Development &
Local Brand Building teams
Supply Chain, Supply Management & CQA
Interface with suppliers & external agencies, labs,
technical institutes & experts
Other R&D interface: CTI, appraisal, packaging,
processing

Qualifications & Experience :-

Minimum Qualification – MSc Chemistry / M Pharm/ BE Chemical Engineering / B.Tech. Chemical Engineering
Minimum 5-7 years of product development
Area of Specialization – Product Development /
Technology Development / process engineering
Experience of working in cross cultural team on
regional / global projects is required.
A quick learner who is not afraid to take the initiative
and be proactive to get things done.
