looking for below position

Direct Superior: R&D Manager
Location : Mumbai, India
MISSION :-

Assure the technical support towards customers and carry
our R&D activities
KEY TASKS :-

Develop products in categories of cake mixes, bread mixes, bread improvers, chocolates and bakery fillings.
Candidate must be able to work with his / her own
hands and develop products in application lab and also
conduct trials at customer facilities.
Perform systematic tests in Innovation Centre and on
pilot lines in coordination with other colleagues in the
R&D team.
Provide technical support to Sales Team for industrial
accounts and new product launches.
Implement new solutions on production lines of our
industrial clients
Trouble shooting at customers
Visit customers at manufacturing facility
IV.- COMPETENCIES / PROFILE
Understand functionality of ingredients / additives
Good English (written and spoken).
Dynamic person with analytical and hands-on skills.
Basic knowledge in bakery formulations is a must.
Good English (in print and spoken).
Excellent communicator.
Willing to travel up to 40% of time.
