Position: Intern – Production Operations (Seafood Exports)

Education Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation in Food Technology
Internship Duration: 1 Year
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring production activities.
- Assisting the Production Supervisor in shift management.
- Ensuring daily production targets are achieved.
- Collaborating with the QA team to maintain all quality standards.
- Supporting the team in maintaining inventory and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assisting in the preparation of production reports and documentation.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Coordinating with the maintenance team for timely repairs and upkeep of machinery.
- Providing support in troubleshooting production issues and finding solutions.
