Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee New Product Development (NPD) projects from initiation to production.
- Ensure FSSAI compliance in all product formulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and weekly experiment goals.
- Analyze consumer feedback and make data-driven product improvements.
- Manage production rollout and COGs (Cost of Goods) optimization.
- Execute pilot production batches and ensure QA protocols are set before product launch.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in R&D in the Food Manufacturing, Nutraceutical, or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Hands-on experience with food equipment like Hot Air Oven, Kjeldahl, and knowledge of HPLC/GC.
- Strong market and ingredient research experience, with proven ability to drive COGs reduction.
- Proficiency in research tools (Mendeley, Stata, Google Scholar).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet production deadlines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with advanced experimentation methods.
- Familiarity with specialized food production equipment and cost optimization techniques.
