Position: Manager – New Product Development (NPD) – Foods
Location: Delhi (Head Office)
Role Overview:
Lead end-to-end product innovation across a diverse portfolio including oils, energy bars, protein bars, muesli, flavoured nuts, makhana, chickpeas, almond brittles, date bites, and value-added dry fruit products.
Manager – New Product Development (NPD) – Foods
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive complete NPD lifecycle from concept to commercialization
- Develop and standardize recipes, formulations, and processes
- Conduct pilot and plant trials; create SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, QA/QC, Procurement)
- Optimize costing, BOM, and yield while reducing wastage
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and labeling regulations
Ideal Candidate:
- 5–8 years of experience in the Food/FMCG industry
- Strong innovation mindset with hands-on product development expertise
- Immediate joiners preferred
