Urgent Hiring: Quality Executive (Food Industry)
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Executive to join our organization in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Experience:
3–5+ years in Quality Assurance / Supply Chain within the food manufacturing industry (Frozen / RTC / RTE products)
Quality Executive (Food Industry)
Education:
- B.Tech in Food Technology / Dairy / Agriculture
- OR M.Sc in Microbiology / Chemistry
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and oversight of Quality Management Systems
- In-process and final quality assurance
- Food safety and hygiene compliance
- Cold chain and temperature monitoring (QA scope)
- Regulatory, legal, and customer compliance
- Team development and building a strong quality culture
- Customer complaint handling and continuous improvement
- Documentation, record maintenance, and audit readiness
- Coordination with key stakeholders
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong command over HACCP, GMP, CAPA, RCA, and audit management
- Knowledge of FSSAI regulations and exposure to BRC / ISO / FSMS systems
- Data-driven mindset with excellence in documentation
- High ownership and accountability
- Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and crisis management skills
