QA Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Support 3rd shift operations (~15 days/month)
- Conduct pre-dispatch inspections (daily)
- Perform glass audits (weekly/fortnightly/monthly)
- Ensure plant hygiene and FSSAI Schedule 4 compliance
- Handle labeling for imported products at bonded warehouses
- Monitor cold room temperature and raw material status
- Support NPD trials and prepare reports
- Train shop floor teams on GMP and personal hygiene
- Assist in packaging material testing and clearance
- Verify CAPA for pest control audits
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s in Food Technology / M.Sc. in Food Science
- 1–2 years of QA/QC experience in the food industry
- Knowledge of MS Office, chemical & physical food testing
