About the Position:
We are currently seeking a Process Chemist to join our dynamic team in the FMCG industry, specifically in Beverages, located in Samba, Jammu. The ideal candidate will have a background in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related fields with at least 2 years of experience in the Beverage industry.
Key Requirements:
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Food Technology or Biotechnology, or M.Sc.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of beverage manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot process-related issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and consistency.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
- Investigate and resolve any deviations or discrepancies in the production process.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on best practices and quality control procedures.
