Based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, this is an exciting opportunity to work on various projects, from new product development to ensuring the highest quality standards and regulatory compliance.
About the Role:
As a Food Technologist, you’ll collaborate with our R&D, operations, and production teams to help bring creative food ideas to life. You will be responsible for assisting in product development, troubleshooting production issues, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and maintaining quality assurance protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development: Assist with creating new food products, conducting tests, and trials, focusing on retail items.
Innovation & Sourcing: Work with partners to explore new ingredients and packaging solutions.
Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve production issues to maintain smooth operations.
Market Research: Support the development of new products by researching raw materials and RTS products.
Regulatory Compliance: Help maintain manufacturing licenses and ensure adherence to packaging and food safety regulations.
Quality Control: Work with the production team to implement quality protocols.
Audits & Inspections: Conduct regular audits of cafes, manufacturing facilities, and storage units to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Who You Are:
1-2 years of experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in food technology or product development.
A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A proactive problem-solver with a passion for food innovation and quality.
