Positions & Required Experience:

Store Supervisor:

Experience: 2-4 years
Relevant Areas: Last Mile Operations, Inventory, LMD

Store Incharge:

Experience: 4-10 years
Relevant Areas: FMCG Retail Operation, Retail Operation, Quick Retail Operation

Educational Qualifications:

Any Graduation

Preferred Industry Background:
Candidates from FMCG, Retail, QSR, or Ecommerce industries will be given preference.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Store Operations Management:
Oversee dark store operations for BB Now in designated locations.
Full ownership of Quick Stores (QS) operations, ensuring adherence to operational SLA and metrics.
Operational Leadership:
Lead and manage all aspects of express store operations including inbound, inventory, last mile operations, manpower management, rostering, and training.
Ensure strict implementation and adherence to all SOPs.
Performance and Compliance:
Monitor performance and collaborate with operation teams to improve operational/customer experience metrics.
Conduct root cause analysis of problems and plan corrective actions.
Lead, manage, and motivate a full express stores team within a demanding operational environment.
Ensure store hygiene and minimize customer concerns.
Ensure safety and quality compliance across the premises.
