Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers in assigned territories.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in the FMCG and dairy sectors.
- Launch and promote new products within designated territories.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
- Ensure the proper distribution of products across all sales channels.
- Provide regular feedback to the management on market conditions and competitor activities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the FMCG and dairy industry.
- Strong knowledge of consumer pack distribution for dairy products.
- Established relationships with distributors in the FMCG and dairy sectors.
- Proficiency in launching new products and territories.
- A two-wheeler is required for the role.
