Details:
- Location: South Extension-II or Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi
- Office Timings: Monday-Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
- Internship Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: Up to 15,000 INR
Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract management.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand and address procurement needs.
- Research and identify potential suppliers, conduct evaluations, and maintain a comprehensive database.
- Monitor market trends for competitive pricing and sourcing strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement policies.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Support logistics operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management.
- Engage with customers to address inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Collaborate across departments to support overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (business, supply chain management, or related field).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
