Reports to: Deputy General Manager Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities:
- This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager at Rebel Foods.
- Responsibilities include conducting audits, analyzing data, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
- The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality standards across all operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance and development.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements:
- Education:
- Microbiology/M.Sc Microbiology/B Tech./MTech. Food Technology or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years in the food industry (FMCG/QSR).
- Food Safety Knowledge:
- Good understanding of the domain of food safety, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and quality standards.
- FSSAI Regulations:
- Well-versed with FSSAI regulations for the catering industry.
Other Details:
- Working Days: 6 days working.
- Travel: Travelling and own vehicle required.
- Off Days: Rotational week off.
