Key Requirements
Education: B.Sc. Agriculture
Experience: 1–2 years in Fruits & Vegetables Quality / Fresh Produce
Local language proficiency preferred
Good understanding of quality, grading, sorting, defects & fresh produce standards
Strong understanding of seasonality and regional sourcing

Preferred Experience
Experience with:
• Pomegranate
• Onion
• Banana
• Strawberry
• Orange
Experience in inbound quality, supplier quality, sorting/grading, and fresh produce operations will be an added advantage.
Role & Mobility
• Willingness to move/travel based on seasonal requirements
• Travel will be an integral part of the role
• Regular visits to vendor/supplier facilities for quality assessment and process audits
• Work closely with vendors to ensure quality standards and compliance are maintained
