Shellz India Limited is looking for a passionate and hands-on Head of R&D to lead our product development journey.

We create chocolates, creams, candies, jellies, and more—and we’re looking for someone who can help us develop innovative products that are new to the Indian market.

What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in the food industry
- Strong hands-on experience in chocolate, creams & confectionery
- Good to have: experience in baking, panning, candy, marshmallow and related products
- A hands-on R &D leader who enjoys building products and processes from scratch
What You’ll Do
- Develop new products and formulations, including first-of-their-kind products for India
- Reformulate existing products to improve taste, quality and cost
- Conduct trials to perfect texture, shelf life and processing
- Work closely with Production & Quality from the first trial through the first production run
- Ensure products are consistent, scalable and production-ready
- Lead and build the R&D team as we scale up our new plant
Location: Delhi NCR / Sonipat
