Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in production/manufacturing operations in the food industry.
- Knowledge of CIP (Cleaning in Place) processes.
- Good understanding of 5S, GMP, OPRP, CCP, etc.
- Ability to work comfortably in day & night shifts.
- Good computer skills and communication abilities.
- Ability to effectively handle manpower and manage shop-floor operations.
- Strong focus on production, quality, safety, and operational discipline.
