Belhem is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Food Safety Auditor to maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance across operations in Mumbai.

Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a relevant field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within food manufacturing, auditing, or the beverage industry.
- Core Responsibilities: Conduct trials, testing, audits, and quality evaluations to ensure product consistency and safety.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure factory operations comply with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and hygiene regulations.
