QUALIFICATION
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology
- Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience in the food processing industry, preferably frozen foods
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure quality assurance of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods as per company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead implementation and maintenance of the Food Safety Management System including ISO 22000, HACCP and QMS.
- Lead and develop the QA team through training, motivation and performance management.
- Develop and improve SOPs and quality systems.
- Ensure consistent quality across every shift.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality and food safety practices.
