Mrs. Bector’s Cremica is looking for an experienced Assistant Production Manager to join our team at Pithampur, near Indore.

Experience: Minimum 4+ years in the Biscuit Industry
Employment: Full-Time | On-site
Location: Pithampur, Near Indore
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily production operations and line performance
• Plan, schedule and monitor production to meet targets
• Ensure product quality, food safety, hygiene and regulatory compliance
• Lead, train and motivate shop-floor teams
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Procurement and Logistics
• Manage raw material and packaging inventory
• Drive process improvements and reduce wastage
• Maintain production records and support audits

Key Qualifications: • 4+ years of production/manufacturing experience in the Biscuit Industry
• Knowledge of HACCP, FSSAI and food hygiene practices
• Strong planning, scheduling and team management skills
• Proficiency in production reporting, spreadsheets and ERP systems
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Production Management or related field preferred
