Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food ingredients sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers in the bakery, confectionery, dairy, ice cream, and related industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Provide market feedback and insights to support product development and innovation initiatives.
- Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s brand and offerings.
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: B.Tech/M.Tech (Food Technology/Food Science), preferably MBA.
- Experience: 4 – 8 years of experience in new business development with a reputable food ingredient company.
- Commercial experience handling customers from food industries such as bakery, confectionery, dairy, ice cream, etc., is an added advantage.
- Sales strategy & planning expertise.
- Strong business development & key account management skills.
