About the Job

Job Description:
We are looking for a Sr. Quality Executive (QA) to join our team at DIAGEO India. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate/Post Graduate in Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or DIFAT, with at least 2 years of experience in FMCG sectors such as Distilleries, Breweries, Beverages, or Food industries.

Key responsibilities include:

Proficiency in analysis techniques and lab instruments calibration.

Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).

Ensuring high-quality standards for both incoming and finished goods to ensure customer satisfaction.

Promoting a culture of food safety and quality within the unit.

End-to-end quality monitoring during incoming and online checks.

Quality control over raw materials, packaging, in-process materials, and finished products.

Maintenance of records, including SAP records.

Internal audits for GMP, GRMS, and SQIP.

Liaison with government authorities like FSSAI, LMR, and Excise for compliance and audits.

Sending product samples for external laboratory analysis and ensuring equipment calibration.

Market visits for new product surveys, product quality checks, and handling customer complaints.

Vendor communication for product rejections, quality improvement, and coordination with the site QA team.

You should have strong communication skills, a quick learning ability, and the capability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
