Position: Senior Scientist I – AMEA Chocolates

As a Senior Scientist I, you’ll play a pivotal role within our cross-functional team, overseeing RDQ activities essential for new product development and portfolio maintenance. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently plan, lead, and coordinate technical projects in alignment with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements.
- Effectively communicate project status and risks, leading pilot plant and factory trials adhering to good manufacturing practice and HACCP standards.
- Plan and oversee development activities, including product shelf-life testing, designing for quality, and consumer test preparation.
- Utilize digital simulation models to gain consumer insights and interpret commercial data.
- Create and maintain precise consumer-led specifications.
- Manage stakeholders and influence decision-making based on thorough analysis and interpretation of results.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven leadership in RDQ teams and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Proactive problem-solving, with the capability to develop and implement solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and analyze data.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for influencing senior-level and cross-functional stakeholders and writing technical reports.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring others.
