Join Hilton as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, where you’ll oversee the seamless operation of our Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and achievement of departmental targets. Your responsibilities will include supervising operations, effectively communicating tasks, maintaining brand standards, managing guest queries, supporting team needs, aiding in financial targets, and assisting with training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations
- Delegate tasks and maintain effective communication within the team
- Ensure adherence to brand standards
- Handle guest queries efficiently
- Advocate for the team’s needs
- Support Food and Beverage management in achieving financial targets
- Aid in training and development of team members
- Conduct annual and mid-year appraisals for team members under your supervision
- Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and s afety legislation
- Display environmental awareness
- Collaborate with other departments and maintain positive working relationships
Requirements:

- Prior Food and Beverage experience
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
- Positive attitude and effective communication skills
- Adaptability to various work situations
- Capability to work independently and within a team
Preferred Qualifications:
It would be beneficial if you have:
- Previous experience in the hotel industry
- Prior supervisory and/or delegation experience
- Willingness to develop both team members and yourself
